Brother Jeffrey A. Welch
Brother Jeffrey Allan Welch passed away on January 21, 2024 at age 67, following a valiant battle with chronic illnesses.
He was a member of the Department from 1985 until 1997 and was assigned to Pc2-Woodlawn.
Brother Welch also proudly served in the United States Marine Corp.
