Brother Kenneth William Kramer
Kenneth William Kramer, 77, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on June 22nd, 2025. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on December 9 th , 1947, to Kenneth and Evelyn Kramer (nee, Bowers).
In his early years, he attended Essex Community College to pursue a higher education, where he received his Associates Degree in Criminology. He dedicated his life to serve as a police officer for 24 years in the Baltimore County Police Department, retiring as Captain.
His interests as a young man were playing the guitar in his band, The Swing Masters, playing the snare drum in the Tall Cedars Drum Corps, and running in marathons. Later in life, he enjoyed spending time with his family, on his boat, at the beach, and with his friends. Kenneth was known for his kindness, gentle spirit, and his great sense of humor.
He is survived by ex-wife Deborah Kramer, children Wendy Wright and her husband Craig, and Lindsey Sanders; grandchildren Bryant Wright and Olivia Wright, and his brothers Donald and Daniel Kramer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Evelyn.

A visitation where family and friends gather was held Thursday, June 26, 2025 at A. B. O’Donnell Cremations & Funeral Services, P.A., 4 Warner Road, Suite E. Elkton, MD 21921. A graveside service was held on Friday June, 27, 2025, at Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014.
